1. Permitted use
You may use Visionir only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with your subscription, our Terms and applicable laws.
You are responsible for your account, submitted content and activity performed by your authorised users.
You must not use Visionir to:
create, upload or publish unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or misleading content;
infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other third-party rights;
upload malware, malicious code or harmful material;
gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system;
disrupt, overload or compromise the security of the Services;
bypass access controls, safeguards or subscription limits;
scrape, copy, reverse engineer, resell or reproduce the Platform;
build, train or support a competing product;
submit personal information without the necessary rights and lawful basis; or
generate or deploy content or code without appropriate review and testing.
You must not use Generated Output as legal, financial, security or regulatory advice.
You must keep login details secure, use appropriate account controls and report suspected unauthorised access or security vulnerabilities promptly to support@visionir.co.uk.
Do not publicly disclose a suspected vulnerability before giving Visionir a reasonable opportunity to investigate it.
We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, restrict functionality or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Visionir, our users or third parties.
Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of your account in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
